It’s a great experience to working with property drone, as I had started my journey as a fresher, the kind of people you get in your surrounded are highly supportive in each and every conditions. It’s been great to have Mentor like Nikhil sir and Aayush sir, I got to learn lot of things my there experience, as they don’t treat like employees ,both of them treat like family.
The best thing which I like about the company and management is that they feel your trouble and stand with you in your ups and down. As a fresher I was having zero knowledge about pune and real estate market , it was the great mentorship and support by the company which made me today. The culture is fantabulous , you don’t have to be into pressure or something, you just keep working in process and you quickly get the results. You get time to time appraisals, great incentives on time salary and other bonuses, I have never seen any organisation which is employee centric where your Boss wants that my employees should get each and everything he demands.
